Dispatch Policy

Goods are normally dispatched within 2 weeks due to the hand built nature of most of the products available. If we are unable to despatch your order within 3 weeks, we will contact you by e-mail with an estimated despatch date.

Custom Orders

Custom orders can often cause a little longer lead time in order to get the components and perform any extra testing that may be required. This will be fully discussed with the client before undertaking the project.

Delivery Rates

Delivery to a UK address is free. Delivery to any address outside the UK is £10 and will be added at checkout.

Delivery Method

Within the UK, items are posted using Royal Mail first class Recorded Signed For. To addresses outside of the UK the service can vary. Every effort is made to use a service with tracking and a signature on delivery.
Most items will require a signature on delivery, please ensure you are available to take delivery.

Prices and Tax

The price shown for the goods excludes postage and packing unless specifically stated. All payments are taken in Pounds Sterling. The charges for postage and packing are shown in the Checkout once you have entered the country and method of delivery and before you are asked to confirm the order. The price you pay will include VAT for all deliveries within the European Union. Delivery to non-European countries may result in import duties payable on receipt of the goods. You will be liable for these duties.

Cancellation and Returns

In line with the Distance Selling Regulations you have a fourteen (14) day cooling off period after receiving your order (not including weekends or bank holidays). The customer must contact AskewLabs in the first instance to arrange the return of the items. This can be done via our Contact Us page. When returning an item these conditions must be met:

  • Let us know BEFORE you send the item back
  • Items must be in an as new condition, unopened and unused.
  • The item must be sent back using the same delivery method as it was dispatched. This is to avoid lost items and so that we can track your item.
A refund for the product price will be initiated once we have received the returned goods and are confirmed unused. The original delivery charge will be refunded and the customer will be responsible for the delivery cost for returning the items. Orders are checked before being dispatched and are packaged well to avoid damage during transit, however, if your order is damaged or faulty when you receive it please let us know within 7 days, after this time we will not accept responsibility.


All confidential information, are held securely and only transmitted in encrypted form. Customer details are not passed to third parties and are used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act. We do not see your Credit Card details, these are only seen by our Merchants used during checkout.


You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees), arising out of your use of this site.


The Contract will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties to the Contract submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Consumer Rights

None of the above Terms and Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.
